Sequence runs are handled in a similar way to single runs. From the instrument window the sequence route is chosen by clicking on the ‘multiple vials’

Clarity incorporates a fully featured sequence editor that can be used to control batch acquisition or data reprocessing operations.

Colour coding indicates progress as the sequence proceeds.

Each sample in a sequence can use a  different method and report.
