Integration

Setting up a data handling method is remarkably easy. In most instances no user intervention will be required and default values can be used.

In the event that changes have to be made in order to handle ‘difficult’ chromatograms, these are carried out graphically using the cursor after selecting from the integration event toolbar shown here on the left hand side of the chromatogram.

Just select the tool, click twice on the chromatogram to bracket the event or region and the method is updated, results can be seen immediately.

There is no limit to the number of events that can be created, however the integration algorithms are so well refined that in most cases the default parameters can be used and no manual adjustment is necessary.

New integration results using that event are displayed instantly and the new event is entered into the event table without user intervention.

They can also be created directly edited in this table.
